If You Live In The Neighborhood

This website is the official information portal and notification vehicle for the residents of the Dover Estates.  

As a resident/home owner, you are automatically a part of the Dover Home Association, which is governed by the HOA Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, Declarations and Restrictions.

If you are new to the neighborhood, the first step is to REGISTER

Simply complete the form as prompted and await confirmation.  Once you are confirmed to be a resident/owner, you will be able to log-in and access the Members Only section to receive access to:

  • The Resident Directory
  • Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) about the association as well as common "quality of life" neighbor questions
  • Find out what's happening for meetings, social events and within the neighborhood community through the Neighborhood Calendar, Marketplace and Bulletin Board
  • Association related community documents including governing documents, board meeting minutes and HOA notices
  • Opportunities to volunteer and stay engaged!
  • Email updates and notifications
 
Once you have a registered and approved account...

Log into your member profile.  To do this, click on the "log in" link in the upper right-hand corner of your website. From here, you'll be asked to enter your login credentials, which includes your email address and password.

Then let us know what activities you'd liked to get involved in by completing the Community Interest form.
